Katherine Chiodo is originally from Southern Ontario but has now called Thunder Bay home for over 25 years.
She is a single mom of 3 teenage boys and sole owner of North Superior Dental Hygiene Clinic.
She first started her dental career at Confederation College, unrolling into the Dental Assistant program. Then deciding to return to the college for night courses and upgraded to a level ll dental assistant. After many years of work and three children later she decided once again to return to the college to complete the Dental Hygiene Program. Upon completion, Kathy enrolled in a mentorship program offered by The College of Dental Hygienists and became authorized Self Regulated Dental Hygienist. Now with her years of experience working with adults and children, her dental knowledge and her chairside manner have earned her many loyal clients which she considers friends.
Kathy continues to attend Continuing Education courses regularly to ensure she is providing the most current information and care to all her clients.

MY MISSION
Is to promote, provide and educate oral health care. Teaching clients the relationship between Oral Health and Overall Health. Dental hygienists help to prevent gum disease and tooth decay through a variety of treatments based on one’s individual needs. Counselling and Education are also two keys to success.
The mouth is a gateway to what is going on in the rest of the body.
We have patients visiting us from Thunder Bay, Pass Lake, Shebandowan, Shabaqua, Nipigon, Red Rock, and the surrounding areas.
